Sara Ann Busby, CKD has owned and operated Sara Busby Design, a residential kitchen and bath showroom in northern Michigan for over 20 years. She holds a Michigan State Residential Contractor License and a CKD designation that she earned in 1994. She was involved in the formation of the Northern Michigan Chapter of the NKBA. She serves as member-at-large on BKBG and is a past member of Rotary International. Busby has been an invited guest presenter at regional career days and industry related events. She was the 2004 National Treasurer and the 2005 National Secretary for the NKBA. Sara was the first recipient of the Northern Michigan Outstanding achievement award.

Suzie Williford has served the Decorative Hardware and Plumbing industry in Texas since 1975.She has been a member of the NKBA since 1978 and has held a position on the Board of Directors since 2001. She served on the National Speakers Bureau and has been invited to speak at colleges, showrooms, design centers and conventions. An active member of numerous trade and community organizations, Williford is the Vice President of Builder Sales, Texas at Kiva Kitchen and Bath in Houston, Texas.

Mark Karas, CMKBD, has been in the kitchen and bath industry for over 30 years and is currently the General Manager of Adams Kitchens, Inc., in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Karas has been involved with NKBA for over 20 years serving as Vice President of Communications, Vice President of Programs and President of the Northern New England chapter. Nationally, he has served on the Board of Governors for Dealers, the Certification Subcommittee and the Professional Development Committee. He is a member on the Ad Hoc committee for the Computerization of the Certification testing and the Ambassador’s Club. He also teaches at the Boston Architectural College, an NKBA Endorsed Program.

President and Owner of Dave’s Cabinet Inc., David Alderman, CKD, started the business in 1980 in his garage as a design-build kitchen and bath business. Today he and his partner also manufacture custom mouldings, millwork, radius stairways and solid surface tops. A member of the NKBA since 1984, Alderman served the Virginia State Chapter as Treasurer, Vice President of Professional Development, Vice President of Programs, President and Chapter Representative. He has served on the National level for nine years, including the Chairman of the Chapter Leadership and Development Committee, Chairman of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors.

Maria Martina, CKD, CBD is a custom appliance consultant at Reno's Appliance, Inc. in Fairfield, New Jersey. She has more than 20 years experience in the kitchen and bath industry. Martina has previously held numerous internal positions, including President of the Northern New Jersey NKBA chapter. She has also participated on the national level for six years, including on the Board of Chapter Representatives, the Ad Hoc Governance Committee and the Board of Directors.

Bob Garner, CMKBD, is the National Training and Education Manager for Medallion Cabinetry Inc. in Waconia, Minnesota, and the first NKBA President elected from the Manufacturers/Suppliers industry segment. He served the NKBA on the local level for seven years, serving as President and holding other positions on the Executive Board for the Baltimore/Washington Chapter. He has also served on the National level for 10 years, including the Board of Governors representing the Wholesale Distributors member segment, the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee, along with the National Executive Committee. Garner was inducted into the Baltimore/Washington Chapter’s Hall of Fame in 2006.
