Don Sciolaro
Chief Executive Officer
Don Sciolaro joined the National Kitchen & Bath Association in 2006 as Director of Member Services. Prior to the NKBA, Sciolaro worked with America’s largest trade association, the National Association of Manufacturers, for 15 years, most recently as Senior Regional Manager for the group’s largest division, the New York/New Jersey region. He was responsible for membership and organized grassroots public affairs efforts. Sciolaro arranged sessions with members of Congress and association members to education lawmakers on key issues.

Lisa Bernardi
Director of Marketing
Lisa Bernardi is the Association’s Director of Marketing. Prior to the NKBA, Lisa was Director of Marketing for Russ Berrie, Inc., where she was responsible for the marketing, development and sourcing of gift and decorative home products. Prior to her work there, she held management positions with Royal Doulton and Avon, where she was accountable for the marketing and development of home and gift products from conception through completion. Bernardi is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the Association’s marketing strategies, which include marketing communications, public relations, membership growth strategies and coordination at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Association.

Claudette Hoffmann
Acting Director of Member Services
Claudette Hoffmann joined the NKBA in 1996 and became Manager of Member Services in 2001. Hoffmann is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the Association’s member services strategies, which also includes customer service activities. She also collaborates in the development and implementation of support materials for regions and chapters. In recent years, the NKBA has enjoyed substantial gains in membership growth and member retention. Never satisfied with past success, Hoffmann continues to develop creative strategies to meet future needs and goals.

Edward S. Nagorsky
General Counsel and Director of Legislative Affairs
Edward S. Nagorsky joined the National Kitchen & Bath Association in 2006 as General Counsel and Director of Legislative Affairs. Previously, he served as NKBA Legal Counsel for over 20 years. He has enabled the Association to effectively monitor and respond to legislative activities throughout the United States and Canada and has helped increase the legislative efforts of the NKBA. Nagorsky also introduced the NKBA’s legislative website at http://capwiz.com/nkba, enabling the NKBA to keep members informed about pending legislation and other issues that may impact their business. The site has also established a vehicle for mobilizing members and supporters to impact legislation and the regulations affecting them.
